What to expect..
Program Connection gathers program professionals from camp and conference ministries to share good ideas and learn from one another’s experience. Whether you’re new at this or have been doing it for a long time, we all have something to share! The connections built and ideas shared at this conference become part of ongoing conversation and community around the work we do.
One of the great things about this conference is that participants have a say in the topics discussed. The group gathered will crowd source topics for discussion at the beginning of the conference. We then will vote on which of the suggested topics we would like to adopt as our discussion topics, and participants will take turns facilitating conversations throughout the week. Time for rest, recreation, and reflection will be part of the program, too. We’ll post specific details as they develop!
Examples of past topics discussed include:
-
Staff training
-
Day Camp activities
-
Supporting staff mental health
-
Creative Marketing strategies
and so much more!
Cost
Prices below include lodging, meals, and programming.

For Families
Some participants may wish to bring their family with them. We'd be thrilled to welcome spouses and/or children to Camp Hopewell! Participants should know that Hopewell is not able to provide childcare during the event, and sometimes, conversations might be had that would not be appropriate for children. If you are interested in bringing your child, feel free to contact our Program Director, Lindsay (lindsay@camphopewell.com) to discuss what this might look like.
Rates for additional adults are the same as above, as there is no additional fee for the programming provided.
Rates for children are as follows:
Children 4+ - $220
Children under 4 - no additional cost
