Lodging and Facilities
The facilities at Camp Hopewell are available to meet the various needs of our campers and guests. We offer a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for children, families, and visiting groups.
Our two lodges provide more modern accommodations with large meeting rooms and a kitchen or coffee service area. Our cabins provide a more rustic setting, but are all equipped with heating and air-conditioning to be enjoyed year-round. There are several meeting room options, as well as many spaces throughout the camp for outdoor meeting and recreation.

Group Lodging
Please note - linens are not typically in our cabins; however, they are available for an additional $15.00 fee.
Cornerstone Lodge
20 people
$530 per night
Cornerstone Lodge is Hopewell's most popular meeting and living facility. There are four bedrooms, with three lower and two upper bunk beds per room, for a total of 20 beds. The upstairs loft can be used as a small meeting space or for additional sleeping for up to 8 people by putting mattresses on the floor. The large meeting room, complete with a fireplace, will seat up to 60 people in theatre rows, or 48 at tables.
Outside is a large deck that can be used for additional small group meetings or just to relax on and enjoy the scenery. For those groups who desire to prepare their own meals, Cornerstone Lodge is equipped with a full kitchen. View Cornerstone Lodge's floor plan here.
Overlook Lodge

$530 per night
Spread out in Overlook Lodge. This is a spacious, 28 bed lodge, complete with five restrooms and four separate showers.
A refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave complete the kitchenette. The large fireplace in the great room make meeting an enjoyable time. Outside, you will be able to enjoy the view from our small lake, and take in a wonder view of our Lake Allen.

Burghen Center

Bring your small group or retreat to the Burghen Center. Rock in the rocking chairs on the front porch to commune with nature.
Wheelchair accessible, the Burghen Center features a suite with a queen sized bed, a vanity, and a private bathroom. Additionally there are two private rooms, each with a private bathroom; and two private rooms with a shared bathroom. All are triple occupancy, with one single twin sized bed, and one bunk bed.

Saunders Cabin

For all that we call 'rustic', our traditional cabins have the amenities of home. Our cabins are set up like duplexes. Each side has a separate restroom, vanity sink and shower.
Each side of Saunders has 5 sets of twin bunk beds, for a total of 20 beds.

McCorkle Cabin

Kimmons Cabin

Our Kimmons cabin is a nice middle ground between a lodge and a traditional cabin. Set up like a duplex, both sides of Kimmons have a separate restroom, vanity sink, and shower. This cabin has 5 bunk beds on each side, for a total of 20 beds. Kimmons also has a kitchenette, which is shared between the two sides and serves as a pass through from one side to the other.
Get the whole group together on the spacious screened in porch with seating for 18. Cozy up by the fireplace, share a meal at the tables, or just enjoy the views of Lake Allen from the comfort of this large porch.

Treehouse

Our Treehouse cabin is located in the beautifully wooded Adventure Camp area, just beyond our lake. It is approximately 1/2 mile from the Edwards Dining Hall and is near our Challenge Course area.
Two dorm-style bedrooms are located on each side, and are each equipped with a bathroom and shower. Each side has 4 sets of bunk beds and 4 single beds for a total of 24 beds.

Any building listed below, used as an additional meeting space may be reserved for a building fee. Fees are listed by each building.
Hopewell Church

The Hopewell Church provides a central location for worship or assembly here at Hopewell. The quaint, mid-19th century revival building was built circa 1866. This church is the central architectural structure at Hopewell, and is on the National Historic Register.
This lovely building, with its amazing acoustics and natural lighting, can be transformed to meet your needs - whatever they may be. With moveable seating, the possibilities are endless for what you can do with this space. Another very exciting addition to the space is air conditioning!
It is the perfect location for worship services, weddings, devotionals and meditation. It also serves our camp well as a general meeting space for any type of group.
Green Pavilion

As you turn into Camp Hopewell, the Green Pavilion is one of the first things you will see. For summer campers, this is also where they come to check-in at the beginning of camp.
The Green Pavilion is a covered, open air picnic shelter with easy access to the swimming pool, playing field, barbecue grill and restrooms. It is perfect for your next church picnic or family reunion.
When groups book an overnight stay at Hopewell, we do not typically charge a fee for the use of the Green Pavilion. It comes on a first come, first served basis.

Staff Lounge

This meeting space pulls double duty. During the summer this space acts as a staff lounge for our summer camp staff. During our retreat season this space can be used for smaller group meetings.
It is set up with comfortable furniture and serves as a perfect casual meeting space.
This building is equipped with internet access and coffee service. We can also grant access to our copier in the office/store area.
Edwards Dining Hall
Cannot be rented separately
Enjoy your meals in our inviting and cozy dining hall. Centrally located, this facility can seat 160 people for meals. A fireplace provides a relaxing atmosphere.
Let Hopewell take care of your meal needs. We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks. Take a look at our menu options and plan your meals in advance. Any special dietary needs can generally be accommodated with advance notice.
O'dell Hall
$105 per day for overnight guests
$200 per day for day use only
O'dell Hall is a spacious 175-seat facility with a wrap-around deck that overlooks our beautiful Lake Allen.
This building features a stage and restrooms, complete with a fireplace. This unique building offers you plenty of break-out meeting space, along with additional space outside for your group's needs.
O'dell provides a great space for indoor recreation or as an assembly space.
Please note - O'dell Hall does not have air-conditioning or wi-fi, but can be equipped with a projector & screen for an offline presentation.
